“The Pothead”
He was driving southbound 31.
His black beard from inside the Subaru caught my eye.
The top of his car – full of kayaking gear
The back plastered with jam band stickers
Is that a stench of dank?
Yeah. He’s probably getting high on the way to the Mulberry river.
Oh well. Those days are long gone for me.
I’m going to the library to study.
“Plan B”
Ticking bomb
Semen bin
Nothing there
Just a sin
Very good brain
In its head
Was once there
Did not wed
“Sweet Love”
Twinkie twat eatin’
Hershey chocolate syrup tittle lickin’
Now change positions and let the real fun begin.
Cherry in the butt
Honey drizzled from the back to the front
Suck my dick, bitch!
“Applied Anger”
Freshly cut; dripping blood
Strong desire through the window
An anxious guilt on my hand
No time for gauze
Off to class to learn
No need
Despair has taught me everything
“Mindfulness”
Tik Tok
Pitch clock
Ozempic world
Psych referral
Mindful strides
Redirect
Get repsect
“Modern Anxiety”
Apple Pay status
Street View envy
Glory Be to the Dollar.
Love is never stingy.
Chip, swipe, tap
It does not matter.
Wash out insecurities with any solution that lathers.
“Racing Thoughts”
I thought I could think clearly.
However, I could not.
An analysis proved my mind faulty.
An interpretation that I fought.
“Pulse”
There is nothing wrong.
I am always strong
within my heart.
“Silence is Golden”
Beautiful are the thoughts that live inside my head.
The outside is too real, so I go early to bed.
When I awake, the intrusions come back.
Sometimes in life, I feel dead.
As I dream, positivity is created.
Energy is bestowed; depression traded.
Confusion sets in but is best left ignored.
Reality can sometimes be tested.
In the end, the strongest survive.
I must get out of my mind for this is just life.
I’ve learned a great way around it:
Don’t speak in order to avoid strife.
“The Spider”
When the spider finds its corner, two questions come to mind:
“Where has this spider been, and what does it hope to find?”
Perhaps it was a creation within – a realization in time.
The spider found a corner.
Now I am sane and fine.
“Twist”
Depression blankets the senses like sprinkled spice.
Mania is fire but not as nice.
Two states collide into a ball.
The mind grows tired or not at all.
The phase goes on.
Confusion sets in.
“What was that?”
“Who is this?”
“Where have I been?”
“However It May Be”
Like marathons running, stagnantly existing;
Methodically inclined to what’s missing.
However it may be.
Time speeds up and excitement ensues.
This is permanently what the mind holds true.
However it may be.
After the race, much time to erase
The excelled pace of the rest of the case.
However it may be.
And then a crash deep into despair
Get me the hell out for this isn’t fair!
However it may be.
Motionlessly captivated by the sounds of nothingness
Through the absolute feel of worthlessness
However it may be.
A thought transpires which must be obtained.
With no chance for fame, let us be sane.
However it may be.
The marathon is over with the shifts stable.
Going forward now I am able.
However it may be.

Thank you. Spiders can be scary. I am glad they always find a corner and disappear.
